Service Description
A fluid series of postures is utilized in this dynamic sequence to integrate breath and movement. The practice aims to cultivate both physical strength and flexibility in addition to fostering a sense of inner calm. Suitable for individuals at any level of experience, adjustments and alternatives will be provided to accommodate each practitioner's unique needs and preferences. Studio policies; Please bring a yoga mat for sanitary reasons. Arrive a few minutes early to set up so we may start class on time. Registration closes one hour before class begins. We do have a two hour cancellation policy. In the event you cancel outside of this window, you will be charged the full price of the class.

Cancellation Policy
Class registration will be open until 1 hour prior to class start. The sign up closes 1 hour beforehand to allow proper class set up. Registration is required for all classes. This is to ensure a safe and effective workout for all participants with the proper equipment needed. If a client is late and misses the proper warm up, it is to the discretion of the instructor to allow them to participate or they can be asked to leave. The instructor always begins class with a stretch and activation set to prepare the body for the workout to prevent injury. This is to the best interest of the client. Cancellations and rescheduling is allowed until 2 hours prior to class start. In the event you do not cancel your class in this timeframe or you do not show, you will be charged for the full cost of the class.
